Payment Options
Please contact us to receive (via e-mail or post) a pack which outlines our fee structure in detail for you for all of the weight loss surgery options we offer - Gastric Sleeve, Gastric Bypass, or Gastric Band.
If you don't already have it , we recommend that you get onto PRIVATE MEDICAL with TOP hospital cover - and make sure that you specify that Bariatric Surgery is included in your cover. You should then only need to wait for one year to be eligible for Weight Loss Surgery. If you already have Private Cover, and increase the Level to Top Hospital Cover you may only need to wait 2 months. So a call to your Health Fund to discuss your eligibilty is the first step!
Should you wish to fund the surgery yourself this is also an option. You can also access your SuperFund for early release of your funds to help you pay.
The BMI Clinic strongly advises that you check with your financial advisor/accountant to see if this is the right decision for you financially
BMI Clinic unfortunately no longer operates on PUBLIC PATIENTS as the public wait list for Western Australia is held and managed at Joondalup Health Campus. There is currently an approximate 3 to 5 years wait for surgery through the Public System.
